Dr. Santosh Kumar Swain is currently working as Professor at Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He completed his MBBS from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, and passed MS(ENT) from VIMSAR, Burla, Odisha, and DNB(ENT) from NBE, New Delhi. He completed his Senior residency from Christian Medical College, Vellore (TN), and his fellowship in Neuro-otology from SGPGIMER, Lucknow. He had done a fellowship in endoscopic ear surgery in
Germany. He was previously working as a Professor and Head, at the
Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery, IMS & SUM Hospital
(Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University), Bhubaneswar, and Professor at the
Department of ENT and Head and Neck Surgery, Manipal TATA Medical
College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He is actively
involved in academic activities and has numerous publications in national and international journals for his credits. He has also authored a textbook of Ear, Nose and Throat, Snapshots in ENT, and Vertigo made easy for undergraduates.
