Dr. Neha Sharma is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health Nursing at Sharda School of Nursing Science and Research, Sharda University. She has rich experience of 10 years in teaching, academic guidance, clinical training, and student mentorship in the field of mental health nursing.

Her professional interests include psychiatric nursing, counseling, behavioral sciences, mental health awareness, and nursing education. She is committed to nurturing

compassionate nursing professionals equipped with critical thinking and clinical excellence.

Ms. Neha Barari is working as anAssociate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and
