These principles form the foundation of predictable and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.

It integrates current scientific evidence with clinical experience to present a systematic approach to facial rejuvenation using threads. Dr. M. C. Prasant Pillai is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, academician, researcher, and administrator with more than 27 years of academic and clinical experience in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. He currently serves as the Vice Chancellor, Dean, and Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at R.K.D.F. Dental College and Research Centre, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Dr. Neelam Choudhary is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, aesthetic clinician, academician, and researcher with over 13 years of clinical experience in facial aesthetic procedures. She is currently associated with the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, R.K.D.F. Dental College and Research Centre, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Dr. Choudhary earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2003 and subsequently completed her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Throughout her professional career, she has combined the principles of reconstructive maxillofacial surgery with the evolving science of facial aesthetics, emphasizing safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered treatment.
Dr. Hari Shankar Choudhary is a distinguished Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, academician, and researcher with over 17 years of clinical experience in the field of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. He is associated with the Department of Plastic Surgery, Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, where he is actively engaged in patient care, postgraduate training, academic teaching, and clinical research.
Dr. Choudhary completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), followed by a Master of Surgery (MS) and the prestigious MCh in Plastic Surgery, establishing a strong foundation in reconstructive, microsurgical, and aesthetic surgical procedures. His career has been dedicated to advancing the science and practice of plastic surgery through clinical excellence, innovation, and evidence-based patient care
