Dr. Mousumi Saha is dedicated to advancing innovation, incubation, translational research, and entrepreneurship in healthcare, life sciences, and allied sectors. She has held key leadership roles in innovation management, including Entrepreneurship Coordinator at IKN Innovation Foundation and Coordinator of a BIRACsupported E-YUVA Centre, mentoring startups and researchers. A Gold Medallist with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, she is the recipient of the MBSI Senior Scientist Award (2024) and several prestigious national fellowships.

Dr. Kranti Bhavana is Professor and Head of the Department of ENT at AIIMS Patna, and PI of APIIC with extensive surgical and academic experience in otorhinolaryngology. Her work spans routine ENT procedures, complex skull base surgeries, cochlear implantation, and head and neck cancer reconstruction. She has been recognized nationally and internationally through multiple fellowships, awards, and leadership roles in professional bodies, and actively leads and collaborates on diverse clinical and translational research projects.

Dr. Anil Kumar is Professor and Head of the Department of Trauma and Emergency at AIIMS Patna and serves as the Co-Principal Investigator of APIIC. With over 20+ years of clinical and academic experience, he has played a pivotal role in advancing trauma and eergency care, and healthcare innovation. His focus areas include critical care devices, point-of-care diagnostics, tele-emergency solutions, and innovations that enhance hospital workfl ows and emergency care delivery.

Dr. Sudeep Kumar is Professor of Orthopaedics at AIIMS Patna. He is a fellowship-trained lower limb arthroplasty and knee arthroscopy surgeon with extensive experience in complex hip and knee procedures, trauma, and arthroscopy. After completing his MS Orthopaedics (standing fi rst in the university) and Senior Residency at AIIMS New Delhi, he trained as Commonwealth Fellow and Senior Arthroplasty Fellow at Glasgow Royal Infi rmary (UK), and further in Hong Kong, Germany, and at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Centre, Baltimore (USA). He has been faculty at AIIMS Patna since 2013 and currently serves as Professor, contributing to advanced orthopaedic care and surgical innovation.

Mr. Somesh Chandra is the Accounts Offi cer at AIIMS Patna. He previously served as Assistant Audit Offi cer at the State Health Society, Bihar, Government of Bihar, and also worked with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

His expertise includes Financial Analysis, Accounting, PFMS operations, Treasury Single Account (TSA) framework, Central Nodal Agency (CNA) fund management, auditing, and GeM procurement, along with handling corporate regulatory and tax compliances including ROC fi lings, GST compliance, and taxation matters.

Mr. Monu Kumar is currently working as a Junior Administrative Assistant in the Offi ce of the Dean (Research), AIIMS Patna. He holds an M.Tech in Energy Engineering from the Central University of Jharkhand and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kolhan University. He has gained industrial exposure through training at TATA Motors and IIT Bombay and possesses skills in MS Offi ce, Advanced Excel, and AutoCAD. His technical background and project experience reflect his commitment to research, innovation, and professional excellence.

Dr. Aliya Firdaus is an Incubation Associate at the APIIC with expertise in biotechnology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Integral University and has research experience in natural product discovery, plant bioactive compounds, and sustainable agriculture. She has authored several Scopus-indexed publications and international book chapters, contributing to biotechnology research, innovation management, and startup ecosystem development.

Mr. Abhinav is a Biotechnology undergrad-uate at Chandigarh University with a strong interest in healthcare innovation, clinical research, and artifi cial intelligence applications in medicine. Passionate about translating scientifi c knowledge into practical healthcare solutions, he has gained valuable experience through academic projects, internships, and research activities. His enthusiasm for biotechnology, innovation, and emerging technologies drives his commitment to contributing to biomedical research and advancing the healthcare innovation ecosystem.

Md. Ehsan is pursuing his M.Sc. in Clinical Research at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. He has gained practical experience through internships at APIIC and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., where he developed skills in clinical research, research documentation, project coordination, and drug development. He is passionate about advancing clinical trials and healthcare research
