Description: On intraoral examination a bony hard lesion of approximately 2.0x1.5x1.5 cm in size present in between 12, 13 teeth reaching up to the nasal floor with perforation of the palatal cortex and bulging of the lesion into the palatal mucosa
don’t cross midline as seen in figure A and B.
