Background: Parkinson's disease is distinguished by ailments such as shaking hands,   difficulties with walking, instability, depressive disorders, anxiety, and diarrhea. PD  Patients belonging to the middle class and below exhibited the greatest prevalence of  Parkinson's disease, accounting for 40% of the cases. It is likely to be more common  among those in the middle socioeconomic class.  Aim: The objective is to gather the existing empirical data regarding the influence on   mental wellness in older adults afflicted by Parkinson's disease.  Methods and Materials: Data was collected from additional resources such as search engines and databases, specifically Scopus, PubMed Central, Google Scholar, ProQuest,  and JSTOR were consulted.  Results and   Conclusions: Furthermore, the complexity and severe negative  consequences may differ, although the impacted persons are able to adapt to both the  physical and non-physical symptoms. In order to improve the health and well-being  of senior individuals affected by Parkinson's disease, it is important for mental health   specialists, neurologists, healthcare workers, caregivers, and family members to  collaborate as a group.

Academic achievement is regarded as a key life accomplishment, shaping prosperity, welfare, and security. Education is pivotal, influencing individual happiness, satisfaction, comfort, and overall well-being. Our study examines the correlation between mental health and academic performance in adolescents aged 17-21 (sample size: 300). Surprisingly, our findings indicate no significant relationship between mental health and academic performance. To enrich our research, we considered three Indian and four international reviews from reputable journals published between 2018-2023, identified through PubMed and Google Scholar, utilizing specific keyword search criteria. This exploration aims to contribute insights into the intricate interplay between mental health and academic success in the adolescent demographic.

AI algorithms analyse patient data for diagnosis, treatment  plans, and outcome predictions. Virtual assistants and chatbots provide real-time information and  emotional support. Robotics assist with tasks like medication administration, wound care, and  patient mobility. They enable remote monitoring and virtual consultations. Ethical considerations  include patient privacy, data security, and responsible use. Human skills such as empathy and  critical thinking should complement AI and robotics. Integration of these technologies enhances   patient monitoring, diagnosis and treatment, medication management, electronic health records,  rehabilitation, and elderly care. AI algorithms analyse real-time data for monitoring, identifying  health risks, and enabling timely interventions. Robotics facilitate continuous monitoring and remote interactions. AI aids in accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.AI  optimizes medication regimens, and robotics automate dispensing. AI analyses data for decisionmaking and robotics streamline EHR processes. Robotics assist in rehabilitation and provide  companionship to the elderly. Ethical considerations include patient privacy and addressing  biases. Human expertise and compassionate care remain essential. AI and robotics augment  healthcare providers, improving efficiency and decision-making. They transform patient  monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, EHR utilization, rehabilitation,  and elderly care. These technologies improve outcomes, increase access to care, and enhance  healthcare delivery. AI and robotics have transformed patient monitoring by analysing data for  early intervention and enabling remote monitoring. In diagnosis and treatment, AI aids accurate  diagnoses, while robotics offer precision in surgeries. They optimize medication management   and enhance EHR utilization. In rehabilitation and elderly care, robotics assists with exercises  and provide support and companionship. AI and robotics revolutionize healthcare, but ethical considerations and human involvement are crucial for privacy, trust, and expertise.

In India, the number of old persons is expected to more than double from 84 million people in 2013 to more than 2 million in 2050. There is an abundance of research into falls in the elderly population. The estimated 1% of fallers who sustain a hip fracture have a 20% to 30% mortality within 1 year of the fracture. The propensity for fall related injury in elderly persons is due to a high prevalence of clinical diseases (eg. Osteoporosis) and age related physiologic changes (eg. Slowed protective reflexes) that make even a mild fall particularly dangerous. A cross sectional research was conducted in an old age home on Puducherry among 100 elders. The fall risk was assessed by TINETTI questionnaire. The study concludes that the risk of fall is higher in the age of 71 – 80 years with 43% who lacks balance and gait, the age group between 60 – 70 years moderate with 37% as they are able to maintain their balance and gait, the risk of fall is low in the age of 81-90 years with 20% whom mobility level is very decreased. The present study recommended various preventive strategies could be followed to minimize the accidents.
