A hematoma in the cervical spine typically manifests as localized pain, stiffness and  neurological deficits. This case report explores the clinical presentation, diagnostic journey  and management of a patient diagnosed with cervical hematoma. The aim is to enhance  understanding, highlight challenges in diagnosis and discuss the multidisciplinary approach  in managing it.

Electrical burns constitute 3–5% of all burn cases; in developing countries, this ratio increases  up to 21–27% and the mortality rate is reported to be between 3.75% and 58.8%. Most of the acute  burns are life threatening initially requires resuscitation and require various types of surgical  interventions such as eschar excision or split-thickness skin grafting, depending on the size,  location and depth of the lesion. In this case we will assess the role of bone–abrasion of the in the  scalp electrical burns involving up to the scalp bone. The Bone-abrasion is a procedure that can  be utilized in wound bed preparation especially in scalp electrical burns.

Fahr's syndrome is a rare neurological disorder characterized by abnormal deposits of  calcium in the brain, particularly in the basal ganglia. This can lead to various neurological  symptoms such as movement disorders, cognitive impairment, and psychiatric manifestations.  The exact cause of Fahr's syndrome is not well understood, and treatment typically focuses on  managing symptoms. The study comprehensively examines the clinical presentation, ranging  from cognitive impairments to motor disturbances, and investigates potential etiological factors,  including genetic predispositions. Existing literature on diagnostic approaches, management  strategies, and the challenges encountered in treating Fahr's syndrome is critically analyzed.

The structure of the intervertebral disc with nucleus pulposus in the center and annulus fibrosus in the periphery simulates a car tire with the outer rubber rim and central air. Like the car tire, intervertebral  disc forms the seat of strength of the vertebral column and of entire body in general. Fluids, that include  disc, in general provides the basis of ‘weightlessness’ of the human form.1 Intervertebral disc is the center  of movements, of strength and of shape of the spinal column. Our articles mention that disc is the brain of  all movements.2 Even when no significant muscles focus their activity on the intervertebral disc, the disc regulates all spinal movements. Disc is like opera conductor who manages the entire orchestra without  holding any musical instrument in his hands. In the embryologic parlance, intervertebral disc comes first, and vertebral body comes much later. Accordingly, it may be only correct to use the term interdiscal body  than intervertebral disc.1,2
