Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

1. Presenting Author's Contact Details:
- Full first and family name(s)
- Email address
- Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, state (if applicable), and country
- Phone number (with country code)

2. Author and Co-authors' Details:
Full names and affiliations for all contributing authors.

3. Preferred Presentation Type:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
- Oral or Poster (No preference)
- Young Pathologist Award

4. Abstract Title:
- Must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words.
- Please write out symbols as words (e.g., "Alpha" instead of "α").

5. Abstract Text:
Limited to 400 words, including acknowledgments.

6. Abstract Topic:
Please select the most appropriate topic from the list of topics.

7. Images:
Please Note: Graphs, tables, and images cannot be included or uploaded.

Abbreviations:
Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full term the first time it appears.

Drug Names:
Use generic names of drugs. Presentations must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content.

Anonymity:
Submissions must not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers, or any other identifying information.
Submission Process
Follow these steps to ensure your submission is recorded correctly.

Finalizing Submission:
Click the SUBMIT button at the end of the process to save your abstract.

Edits:
You may log in to the system to make changes to your abstract at any time until the submission deadline. No changes will be possible after the deadline.

Confirmation:
You will receive an abstract reference number via email once your submission is complete. Please refer to this number in all future correspondence.

Please contact us at info@rfppl.co.in if you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting.

Duplicates:
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
