AbstractThis review study was motivated by the earlier relevance article as well as the theoretical concepts of Knowledge Sharing (KS) and Information Service Innovation (ISI). Because the use of appropriate theory enables the KS to move forward ISI and to be improve information professionals’ quality. This study followed a literature review approach where secondary information is used for research. Based on the existing reliable literature, this review study values that the identification and application of the most theoretical approach’s are highly significant in achieving the common goal, which ultimately outcomes in the KS and ISI relevant.
