This article discusses about the psychological and nutritional aspects following massive weight loss. The preoperative evaluationand technique of post bariatric body contouring also included. It analyses various studies involving management of massive weight loss patients. Different aspects of surgical correction are being discussed in the study. It shows that massive weight loss patients may be dealt in a different manner than other patients due to the various psychosocial and physiological changes.
