Using a conceptual approach, the author attempts to investigate the position of values that constitute Pancasila in connection to the formation of national legislation in Indonesia to address issues pertaining to people's daily lives in a nation and state. It necessitates having a conceptual knowledge of what sources of law mean, such as the idea that Pancasila is the origin of all sources of law.
