Introduction: The revolutionary changes in the surgical treatment of unicompartmental and total knee arthroplasty make it important for surgeons and radiologists to acquaint themselves with relevant knowledge pertaining to the morphometry of tibial tuberosity and it’s clinical significance. Material andMethods: This study was undertaken on 122 normal dry adult human tibia of known sex and side (62 males & 60 females) in terms of Distance of tibial tuberosity from anterior border of inter condylar area, length and breadth in upper smooth part and lower rough partof tibial tuberosity. Result: Different parameters in male and female bones were taken on right and left side, the differences among them are significant. Conclusions: Sound knowledge of tibial tuberosity morphometry and variability helps orthopaedic surgeon in carrying out surgical procedures
