AbstractDiabetic foot ulcers is a devastating component of diabetes progression and are caused by loss of glycemic control, peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease, and immunosuppression. An estimated 15% of patients with diabetes have diabetic foot ulcers.1 Hybrid endovascular and open reconstructions are used increasingly often for multilevel revascularization and management of lower limb ulcers, especially for lower limb ischaemia. In this study hybrid reconstruction was performed to improve outcome of wound healing in adult diabetic foot patient.
