AbstractThe aim of the present study is to evaluate the applicability of the methods proposed by Nicodemo et al method for estimation of dental age and compared with chronological age. Orthopantograms of 413 patients, aged 70-195 months were selected to estimate the correlation between dental and chronological age. When the Nolla method was applied, the estimated age was less as compared to chronological age. There were significant correlation between chronological age and estimated dental age in both the genders.
