AbstractPrior to the widespread adoption of DNA typing, the blood group system was an important component in forensic serological examination of blood and body fluids. Blood grouping is one of the most important aspects in the term of forensic investigation because the blood plays a very crucial role when it comes to individualization and identification. It is one of the most reliable source and one of the most common evidence which found on the crime scene. The condition in which the blood is present or encountered on the crime scene may vary. It helps in the identification of the person with respect to its height in the case of the spattering of the blood or blood spatter analysis. It also link suspects to the crime scene and also narrows down the investigation process
