Data was collected with the aid of a proforma, which included patient bio data, relevant history,a routine clinical examination with special attention to joints andres piratory system. Results: Age of the study individuals ranged from 22–64 years. Mean age of the patients in the study was 46.3±9.75.7 years. The female to male ratio was 3.2:1. Mean duration of the disease was 5.18 ±6.52 years (range 1-26 years). Rheumatoid factor was positive in 39 (78 %) patients. In our study, twenty (40%) patients had respiratory symptoms.
