Abstract This is the case report of a man who suffered from various problems; were eventually identified as features of Behcet’s syndrome, which is uncommon in the clinical settings. Besides the known clinical symptoms of the disease, this patient has suffered intermittently from dysmenorrhoea and abdominal pain, which may well be features of this disorder which have not previously been documented. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment helped the multidisciplinary team to get positive response from the patient.
